Subir Chatterjee Founder, President & Chief Executive Officer
Subir has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, predominantly in consulting, systems development, product management, and business management. He was employed by Bankers Trust and JPMorganChase for almost 17 years holding key management positions, and founded Fi-Tek (formerly known as TransCom International) in 1997. His business experience spans Institutional Trust, Individual Trust, Securities Processing, Global Custody, Transfer Agency, and Banking Systems & Operations. Subir is a graduate of Syracuse University, with a Masters in Operations Research, and an MBA in Finance. He has a B.E in Mechanical Engineering from IIT in India.
Barry Mermelstein - Chief Operating Officer
Barry has over 20 years of experience in financial services and financial software development, holding key positions in process re-engineering, business analysis, project management, systems development and implementation, and product development. He was employed by JPMorganChase, Financial Technologies International (now GoldenSource) and the Bank of New York for over 17 years. His industry experience includes Institutional and Personal Trust, Global Custody, and International & Domestic Consumer Banking Products and Services. Barry holds a PhM in Measurement and Evaluation from Columbia University, an MBA in Finance from Adelphi University, and a BA in Economic Statistics from the City College of New York. He also received a MEd in Psychology from the State University of New York, Buffalo.
Surajit Banerjee Chief Knowledge Officer, and Managing Director - Offshore
Surajit is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years financial and systems development experience in various service and manufacturing industries. He joined Fi-Teks Indian subsidiary as a Managing Director in 1999, performing complex business requirements analyses for financial software product development. Since 2000, Surajit has led the system analysis, design, roll out and continuing enhancement of the HedgeTek Partnership Accounting system in New Jersey, various customer and partner sites around the U.S, and in Calcutta, India. Surajit is a commerce (business) graduate with a major in Accountancy. He is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Robert Wolfert Senior Managing Director TrustPortal
Bob is a seasoned financial services executive with over 25 years of experience in product development, business management, sales and data modeling. He managed and held key executive positions at several large technology products companies. He has hands-on experience in developing major products in securities services in the areas of corporate actions, fund accounting, asset servicing and others. He spent most of his professional years at JPMorganChase, CITIBANK, and Financial Technologies International (now GoldenSource). He is leading the effort at Fi-Tek in developing new products for the Trust Portal which will be the future service delivery platform for all our trust related products.
Joan Wagner Senior Managing Director Trust/Rite Operations
Joan has had many years experience in securities processing and fund accounting & reporting with major financial services institutions. As a Northern Trust Company Senior Vice President, she worked closely with Fi-Tek by leading the effort for the enhancement and conversion of Trust/Rite from the old DOS version, to the current greatly improved, Windows relational data base version. Joan is currently the senior manager for Trust/Rite daily operations and customer service, and is working with the clients and the rest of the product team to drive the new Trust/Rite enhancement and Trust Portal initiatives.
Anthony N. Mitchell Managing Director
Tony has over 25 years management experience in multinational organizations, with 15 of those years spent in financial services, primarily with JPMorganChase. He has held positions in financial and product management, strategic business repositioning, and operations. His financial industry experience includes Institutional Trust, Global Custody, and Mortgage Banking. He has been with Fi-Tek since 1999, where he has responsibilities in relationship and product management, new business initiatives, planning, and administration. Tony received his MBA in Finance and MA in International Relations & Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and his BA from Lehigh University.
Ramsey El-Fakir Managing Director Technology and Infrastructure
Ramsey has been business executive with more than 15 years of experience in information technology, software development/sales, financial services, financial engineering, and consulting. He has sold and managed large IT projects throughout the complex sales lifecycle. He has a unique combination of financial services experience coupled with hands-on technology development. He will lead the infrastructure challenges facing Fi-Tek as it gears up to provide software as a service not just a solution. He will also be expanding technology support and services to the existing client base, and increasing client satisfaction with technology support. Ramsey has worked at JPMorganChase, Bear Sterns, and several technology companies. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and an MBA from Cornell University.
Richard J. Gelinas - Finance Director
Rich has over 30 years of professional accounting experience in both industry and public accounting firms, supplemented by extensive consulting experience in the areas of organizational effectiveness, systems development, and mergers. He started his career as an auditor and tax professional for Deloitte & Touche, and then transferred to Adventis, where he gained the bulk of his consulting experience. Rich started his own accounting and consulting firm in 1991, and counted Fi-Tek, LLC as one of his clients before being asked to join the company in 2003. Besides his financial job responsibilities, Rich regularly contributes to the development of Fi-Teks HedgeTek partner allocation system, and facilitates the implementation of the system at large users. Rich is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, with an MBA in Finance, and a BS degree in Accounting.
Ranjan Roy CTO Offshore Operations
Ranjan joined Fi-Teks Indian subsidiary in 2003 and took over the controls for offshore developments and processes. He was previously at Birla Software a top 50 Indian IT Company, where he was the head of development and client services team managing a staff of over 200 professionals. Ranjan spent almost eight years at British Oxygen (BOC) in their technology and operations unit, implementing systems around the world. Ranjan has a Masters in Statistics and an MBA from IIM-Cal.
Srikumar Sinha VP Operations
Kumar is a Chartered Accountant, and has over 20 years of experience in financial services and financial systems development in banks, financial institutions, and software development firms. Since 1998, Kumar has managed Fi-Teks development efforts, and was recently named Vice President Operations. Beginning in 2001, Kumar has been instrumental in the systems analysis, design out, roll, and enhancement of the HedgeTek Partnership Allocation system. Kumar received his graduate degrees in Law and Master in Commerce (Business) from the University of Calcutta, and is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India

Dr. Purnendu (PC) Chatterjee - Senior Business Advisor
Dr. Chatterjee, the Founder and Chairman of TCG, joined George Soros in 1986 to make strategic long-term investments in public and private companies and also became an advisor to the Quantum Group of Funds managed by Soros Fund Management. Previously, Dr. Chatterjee was a Principal at McKinsey & Company and a Research Associate at the Stanford Research Institute. At McKinsey, he led major strategy and organizational assignments for chief executive officers of large industrial companies in the U.S., Europe, and Japan. His clients included companies in electronics, information technology, chemical and manufacturing industries.
Dr. Chatterjee received a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology and Masters and Doctorate degrees in Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley.
Dr. Alo Ghosh - Advisor
Founder & CEO of Techna, a technology outsourcing company he bootstrapped in 1992 in Silicon Valley & has since merged with TCG Group in 2003. He served top management at both Silicon Valley tech leaders & the Global 1000 in USA, France, Spain, Japan & India. Alo holds MBA & PhD degrees in business from The Wharton School, as well as 3 other Masters degrees in Operations Research, Systems Engineering & Economics. Alo served 5 years on the staff of McKinsey & Co.s global HQ in New York where his clients included top financial institutions & Global 50 manufacturing companies. He served on the Finance Faculties at Wharton & the University of California. Alo leads the Outsourcing Strategy Practice TCGIvega, Fi-Tek and other TCG Group companies. He has significant experience in developing solutions for mainframe legacy systems a service which is currently being offered to our clients around the world.
Dilip Advani - Strategy Advisor
Mr. Advani has extensive management experience with both public and private companies. He founded, managed, consulted for, and has overseen a number of companies in a broad range of industries. Dilip is a Director of Winston, L.P., a private equity fund managed by an affiliate of The Chatterjee Group ("TCG"). Dilip has founded, managed, consulted with and overseen numerous businesses in a broad range of industries. Prior to joining TCG in 1998, he served for six years as Executive Vice President of PlyGem Industries, Inc. Previously he was a consultant with McKinsey & Company and President of Applied Data, Inc. He is a director of Indigo, NV, SkyTech LLC and Call Sciences. He has been a senior advisor to Fi-Tek since 2000.
D.K. Roychoudhury - Technology Advisor
Mr. Roychoudhury is the CEO of SkyTech; - a Fi-Tek offshore group technology partner. He has grown SkyTech many fold since it was started as a joint venture with United Airlines. Skill sets in niche knowledge areas such as logistics and operations, and research modeling using mainframe and client server platforms, are of great benefit. Mr. Roychoudhury works closely with Subir Chatterjee at Fi-Tek, offering technical advice and resources on an as needed basis.
