Subir is a tech entrepreneur and is the founder and CEO of Fi-Tek LLC. Subir started the business in 1998, after spending almost 18 years in banking – holding leadership positions at Chase Manhattan Bank and Bankers Trust. Fi-Tek has been a tremendous success and it offers three major Fintech products servicing Wealth Management, Hedge Funds, and the Family Office businesses and it services over 600 financial institutions, family offices, and 2000 hedge funds, with assets over $1.3 trillion dollars across all of the technology platforms.

Subir has a Masters in Operations Research and an MBA in Finance from Syracuse University and also has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT in India.

With his unique combination of financial services experience and hands-on technology development, Ramsey’s responsibilities include the development and management of Wealth Management Solutions; overseeing the managed hosting infrastructure for the Global Wealth ES and HedgeTek solutions; risk, policy & procedures, and compliance; and assisting the senior team in systems architecture strategy. He has over 30 years’ experience in information technology, software development/sales, financial services, financial engineering, and consulting. He has sold and managed large IT projects throughout the complex sales and delivery lifecycle. Ramsey joined Fi-Tek in 2006 as CIO, having previously worked at Fi-Tek from 1998 to 2000. He formerly worked at Mobil Oil, JPMorganChase, Bear Stearns, and founded several technology companies. He has a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Cornell University.

Rich has over 35 years of professional accounting experience in both industry and public accounting firms, supplemented by extensive consulting experience in the areas of organizational effectiveness, systems development, and mergers. He started his career as an auditor and tax professional for Deloitte & Touche, and then transferred to Aventis, where he gained the bulk of his consulting experience. Rich started his own accounting and consulting firm in 1991 and counted Fi-Tek, LLC as one of his clients before being asked to join the company in 2003. Besides his financial job responsibilities, Rich regularly contributes to the development of Fi-Tek’s HedgeTek partner allocation system and facilitates the implementation of the system for large users. Rich is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, with an MBA in Finance and a BS in Accounting.

Kevin has over 30 years of experience in financial services, working 21 years at JPMorgan Chase, and the remaining time at Bank of America and HSBC. Kevin’s industry expertise includes Corporate and Institutional Trust where he has held senior positions managing Global Sales, Collateral Management, the International and Project Finance business, and the Latin America franchise. Kevin also spent 6 years based in London managing Europe, Middle East, and Africa sales team. He has cross-functional expertise in sales, business management, marketing, risk and compliance, and product development.

Erik Is Senior Managing Director- Head of Family Office and Alternative Investments. Prior to joining Fi-Tek, Erik was a Managing Director for Morgan Stanley Fund Services (MSFS), a full-service global hedge fund administrator. Erik served on both the executive and operating committees of MSFS which collectively control business management and development. He has over 25 years of public accounting experience, including his tenure at Ernst Young, where he was a partner in charge of the asset management practice for the southwest region. While serving in this capacity, Erik provided assurance, compliance, structuring and tax advisory services for hedge funds, mutual funds, broker dealers, family offices and registered investment advisors. Prior to Ernst Young, Erik was a partner with Grant Thornton specializing in hedge funds. Additionally, Erik served as the Chief Operating and Financial Officer for a global equity fund focused on investments in Greater China. Erik holds a masters degree equivalent in accounting, taxation and auditing from the University of South Africa and has been licensed as a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Accountant.

Stu has over 30 years’ experience leading Asset and Wealth Management businesses in investment technology and operations. As a result, he brings a broad range of experience in wealth management, family office, and the alternative investment segments. Stu Heads Rockit Solution’s Operations, and its OpsSourcing and Performance businesses. He is also responsible for the design and strategic planning of Fi-Tek Group’s operational services functions.

Previously, Stu was Chief Operating Officer and member of the Executive Committee reporting to the CEO at Rockefeller & Co. a registered investment advisor focused on servicing ultra-high net worth individuals and institutional investors, and owner of Rockit Solutions. At Rockefeller & Co. Stu led multiple initiatives enhancing and streamlining activities across various organizational activities; including wealth management and trust activities. Stu was the primary architect in the acquisition of Rockit Solutions, LLC by Fi-Tek.

Prior to his successful experiences at Rockefeller & Co., Stu held leadership roles at Indus Capital Partners (an international equity hedge fund complex servicing endowments, institutions and private high net worth individuals) and Bear Stearns Asset Management. During his tenure at Bear Stearns, he led the organization as Head of Operations and Investment Technology overseeing a $45 billion investment advisory complex. He started his financial career at American Express Bank Ltd. where he became Director of Operation for the Global Asset Management division.

Stu graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and received his Master’s in Business Administration from Fordham University.

Surajit (Rana) is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of financial and systems development experience in various service and manufacturing industries. He joined Fi-Tek’s Indian subsidiary as a Managing Director in 1999, performing complex business requirements analyses for financial software product development. Since 2000, Rana has led the system analysis, design, rollout, and continuing enhancement of the HedgeTek Partnership Accounting system. Rana is a commerce (business) graduate with a major in Accountancy. He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Frank joined Fi-Tek in 2014, having worked 26 years for the Northern Trust Company, most recently as Senior Vice President & Senior Relationship Manager within Northern’s Correspondent Trust Services division (CTS), which provides custodial, institutional fund and investment research services to trust and other wealth management institutions. He was part of the CTS team since 1992 and worked closely with Fi-Tek in support of their mutual client base since the partnership was established in 1999.

In Frank’s current role at Fi-Tek is Senior Relationship Manager, he conducts strategic and tactical discussions with clients to ensure they are able to leverage the full capabilities of Fi-Tek ’s products and solutions to get maximum benefit for their businesses, to enhance the user experience, and to provide client feedback for product/service development to meet emerging business needs. He also leads Fi-Tek’s conference, training, and product upselling effort and acts as a liaison to critical partners, like Northern Trust. Frank is a member of Fi-Tek’s Management Team, which sets the business strategy and directions.

Frank graduated from the University of Iowa with a BA in Economics and German and received his MBA from the University of Chicago. While at Northern Trust, Frank also held Series 7 & 63 licenses as a Registered Representative.

Tony has over 35 years of management experience in multinational organizations, with 15 of those years spent in financial services, primarily with JPMorgan Chase. He has held positions in financial and product management, strategic business repositioning, and operations. His financial industry experience includes Institutional Trust, Global Custody, and Mortgage Banking. He has been with Fi-Tek since 1999, where he has responsibilities in Legal, HR & Administration, relationship management, and new business initiatives,. Tony received his MBA in Finance and MA in International Relations from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and his BA from Lehigh University.

Ranjan joined Fi-Tek’s Indian subsidiary in 2003 and took over the controls for offshore developments and processes. He was previously at Birla Software – a top 50 Indian IT Company, where he was the head of development and client services team managing a staff of over 200 professionals. Ranjan spent almost eight years at British Oxygen (BOC) in their technology and operations unit, implementing systems around the world. Ranjan has a Masters in Statistics and an MBA from IIM-Cal.

Jim has 25 years of investment experience with expertise in Trusts and Estates, Wealth Management, and Multi-Manager, Multi-asset class platforms. Before joining FSTC, he served as the Chief Investment Officer and an Executive Director for Morgan Stanley Trust Services (a part of Morgan Stanley Private Bank, NA.) where he managed the Investments and Special Assets groups in New York City. He is a disciplined investor who believes in proper asset allocation and diversification with a holistic approach as keys to successful investing. Prior to MSPBNA, Jim was an Executive Director with the Private Portfolio Group at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. He also served with Citigroup, Legg Mason, Smith Barney Asset Management, Smith Barney Private Trust, Merrill Lynch Trust Companies, and First Fidelity Bancorporation.

Jim graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA).
