Vice President, Fidelity
David McSweeney is a Vice President in Fidelity’s Enterprise Cybersecurity Group. He leads a team responsible for providing the firm’s institutional and strategic clients with an understanding of Fidelity’s commitment to cybersecurity, technology risk, and data privacy. Previously, David was a Director in Fidelity’s Financial Intelligence Unit, responding to cybersecurity incidents and fraud related to client accounts. Before joining Fidelity, he was Vice President of Digital Forensics and Incident Response for Aon Cyber Solutions. David is also a 24-year veteran of the Massachusetts State Police, where he served as the Executive Officer in the Cyber Crime Unit. He is a CISSP and a member of FS-ISAC.
Chair, American Gift Fund (AGF)
Paul serves as the Board Chair for American Gift Fund (AGF). He is the Chief Investment Officer and a founding partner of Barley Mill Asset Management. Paul has close to 30 years of investment management experience, is a Chartered Financial Analyst®, a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia, and was instrumental in the establishment of AGF in 1997.
Prior to his career in investment management, Paul was a Supply Officer on board the USS Clark FFG-11 during his tour of duty in the US Navy.
Paul has an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Villanova University and holds a graduate degree in Finance from the Lerner School of Business at the University of Delaware. He also has a Master's degree in English and Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University and recently completed his first novel, Forbidden Inheritance.
Founder & CEO, NextMove Capital
Peter Horowitz is the Founder and CEO of NextMove Capital, bringing deep expertise in alternative investments, corporate development, and consulting. His investment management experience includes managing onshore, offshore, and separately managed accounts with strategies focused on equity options and fixed income swaps.
Previously, Peter served as Head of Corporate Development at BetaNXT, where he led strategic growth initiatives, and as Chief Strategy Officer at Dun & Bradstreet, seconded from Motive Partners. Earlier in his career, he operated and advised firms across buy-side and sell-side technology and operations, leading large-scale transformations in compliance architectures and surveillance analytics.
Peter has built a career at the intersection of investments, technology, and strategy, with a proven record in innovation, execution, and leadership across global organizations.
Senior Vice President & Chief U.S. Economist, Northern Trust
Ryan James Boyle is a Senior Vice President and Chief U.S. Economist within the Global Risk Management division of Northern Trust. In this role, Ryan briefs clients and partners on the economy, supports stress testing and capital allocation processes, and publishes economic commentaries. Previously, he held management roles at TransUnion, where he researched consumer credit trends and improved reporting data quality. Before that, he worked as an economic consultant at Navigant Consulting and began his career as a business analyst at ABN AMRO/LaSalle Bank.
Co-Head of Wealth Client Group, Northern Trust Asset Management
Sunitha Thomas is co-head of the Wealth Client Group for Northern Trust Asset Management and serves on the Asset Management Executive Group with oversight of the wealth client segment. She is responsible for strengthening Northern Trust’s presence in intermediary wealth management markets and delivering an exceptional client experience.
With over 25 years of experience across wealth and investment management, Sunitha has held senior leadership roles including Regional Senior Investment Officer, National Portfolio Advisor, and Segment Leader of Wealth Advisory Services. Earlier in her career, she was an analyst at Putnam Investments, Fidelity Investments, and SEI Investments.
Sunitha currently serves on Northern Trust's Investment Policy Committee and the Employee Benefit Investment Committee. She has an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago. She is a CFA® charterholder and a Certified Private Wealth Advisor® professional. She is also a trustee of the Harris Theater, serving as chair of its Governance Committee.
